Wedding Planner, what is it ?
1. Contact : By phone or e-mail, you contact us.
2. Discovery : You talk about the wedding of your dream, what you are exactly looking for. You tell us what you expect from us. You give us your approximate budget.
3. Quote : From planning to the coordination through the design, we set the cost of our services.
4. Agreement : You accept the quote, sign the Conditions of Sale and pay a deposit of reservation.
5. Preamble : On a second visit, we define together the foundation of your marriage.
6. Planning : We source all the suppliers needed pre and post event. For each segment of your event, we provide you with pictures, references and fees to enable you to make the right decision. Once you have chosen what you are looking for, we will manage all contact with them on you behalf.
7. Design : This is the time to create your design concept: the theme of your wedding. This is one of the most important ingredients to make a successful wedding : YOURS ! We are going to discuss this special atmosphere you are looking for.
8. Day : We will liaise with suppliers and be a point of contact for both you and your guests throughout the day. We deal discretly with any mishaps that may occur. We make sure everything goes perfectly to plan so you can relax and enjoy on your big day.
